When you want to sew your own clothes, you’ll soon find yourself wanting to use patterns! That’s exactly what happened to Mouna, co-founder of the Majam brand. A women’s sewing pattern lets you create more intricate garments with beautiful finishes and lovely details that make you feel ten times prouder once they’re sewn!

At Majam, all our patterns are designed with seam allowances included to make your life easier. On the pattern sheet, the pieces do not overlap, so you can either easily trace the pattern or simply cut the sheet directly.

As for instructions, our patterns always come with a super helpful sewing guide, packed with tips, diagrams, and a touch of fun. It’s all designed to make sewing with your pattern a truly enjoyable experience!

Paper pattern or PDF pattern?

Once you've chosen the women's sewing pattern you need, you'll have the option to purchase it as a print-and-cut kit or as a PDF. Here's an explanation of the difference.

The pattern kit is a physical product that we ship to you from our warehouse in Auvergne. It consists of a pouch containing the full-size pattern sheet and the full-color sewing booklet.

The digital pattern, known as a “PDF pattern,” is available via a download link immediately after your purchase. You’ll receive it by email, and it’s also available in your “My Account” section under “Downloads.” Once downloaded, you’ll have access on your computer to a folder containing the A0-sized pattern for use at a print shop and the A4-sized pattern for printing on your home printer. The sewing booklet is also digital.

What size should a women's pattern be?

Our sewing patterns cover a very wide range of sizes, from size 34 to 58. So every woman can sew Majam!

What kinds of clothes can you sew using our women's patterns?

Our pattern library is designed to be worn for every occasion. You’ll find blouses and pants for everyday wear, as well as casual dresses and jackets. We also offer more elaborate pieces, such as coats and evening gowns. And since we love summer, you’ll also find patterns for lightweight dresses and shorts. In short, once again, there’s something for every woman!
