Shipping and Returns
Order Fulfillment Time
Your orders are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 hours of your order (excluding December, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped, and you will receive your order's tracking number so you can stay informed about the status of your shipment.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Shipping Costs
For orders of €60 or more, shipping is free via Mondial Relay, and we'll cover part of the shipping costs for home delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order.
DELIVERY IN MAINLAND FRANCE
- Delivery to a pickup location via Mondial Relay within 4–5 business days (Mainland France, excluding Corsica): €3.99 (including tax), free for orders of €60 or more.
- Home delivery via Colis Privé without a signature or UPS within 2–4 business days (Metropolitan France)

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
As of March 8, 2021, we no longer ship to the rest of the world.
Return Procedure
Did you receive your items but they don't meet your expectations? Don't worry—you have 14 days from the date you received your package to return the items in question.
Return Procedure
Majam allows you to return purchased products within 14 days of your purchase date. Please note that certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal: see the paragraph below.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns are at the Customer’s own risk. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition—new, unworn, and unwashed. For fabric remnants, please leave the barcode label attached.

If the Customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions, particularly the return policy, we will be unable to issue a refund.
As soon as we receive your return, your refund will be processed within the next 5 days and automatically credited to the bank account associated with the credit card used for payment or to the PayPal account used for payment.
No returns on digital products or products sold by the piece
For certain products, the right of withdrawal does not apply due to their personalized or digital nature.
Given the unique and customized nature of products sold by the piece, they cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code:
“The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts: (…) 3) For the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized …”.
Similarly, downloadable PDF files are not eligible for exchange or refund in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:
“The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts: (…) 13. For the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun following the consumer’s prior express consent….”
